Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Syed Zainal Abidin is the Chairman of Pusrawi Heritage for the 2nd term starting from 11th June 2021. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Chairman (2022–2024) and Group Managing Director (2020–2022) of the company.
His extensive career began at PETRONAS, where he held various senior positions, including Vice President of Downstream Marketing and Managing Director of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad.
He also contributed significantly to PERODUA, Proton, RHB Bank, UiTM, and more.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, USA.
Datuk Mohd Nizam Bin Haji Yahya is the Acting CEO of Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (MAIWP) since 2021. He has a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Shariah from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, earned in 1995.
Over the years, he has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (D.P.S.M.), Johan Mahkota Wilayah (J.M.W.), and a Lifetime Achievement Award in CSR.
His leadership spans zakat management, public welfare initiatives, and Islamic education, making him a pivotal figure in socio-religious development in Kuala Lumpur & MAIWP.
Zuri Zabuddin is an Advocate and Solicitor, Certified Mediator, Syariah Practitioner, and Notary Public, with decades of experience in Syariah law, estate planning, mediation, and corporate advisory. He specializes in resolving family estate disputes, high-profile marital cases, and providing corporate solutions such as boardroom dispute resolution and joint venture advisory.
An alumnus of the International Islamic University Malaysia (LLB Hons) and Kolej Profesional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur. Haji Zuri is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and holds mediation certifications accreditated from Australia and the United States. Currently, he is a Partner at Al Sabri & Co (Bangi).
Zuri serves as a member of the Federal Territories Islamic Religious Council (2024), Chairman of Kolej Profesional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur (2024), and is on the Board of Directors of Pusrawi Heritage Sdn Bhd.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hadhrami is an Associate Professor and Head of the Medicine-Based Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UNIKL-RCMP). He is also a Board Member of Hospital Pusrawi Kuala Lumpur.
With an impressive academic background, he earned his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Medicine (Paediatrics) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Consultant Paediatrician and Medical Officer in numerous hospitals across Malaysia.
Prof. Dr. Hadhrami’s contributions extend to research, focusing on Islamic medical standards, diabetes management, and paediatric health. He has been recognized with accolades such as the UNIKL Icon Award and the Excellent Service Award by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Beyond his professional roles, he actively engages in community work as an imam, advisor, and participant in humanitarian missions.
Fauzi Che Rus, a highly accomplished executive, he has served in various leadership roles, including CEO, COO, Board Member, and Senior Director of Human Resources across numerous organizations. His expertise spans business transformation, organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, and strategic planning.
Fauzi has held notable positions such as a Non-Executive Board Director at Pusrawi Specialist Hospital since May 2024 and Transformation Consultant to Kwasa Land, SilTerra Malaysia, and Marine & General Berhad from 2020 to 2024. He was the CEO of Ramli Capital Holdings from 2019 to 2020 and previously held HR and leadership roles at prominent companies like PETRONAS, PROTON, Western Digital, and PepsiCo.
Badrul Hisham Bin Dahalan, a distinguished professional aged 60, has an extensive career spanning over 35 years in capital markets, investments, supervision, and strategic planning. His expertise has been instrumental during his tenure at the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) from 2007 to 2024, where he led investment strategy, macro-economic research, Shariah compliance, and fund supervision. He has served as a Board Member of IJN Holdings Sdn Bhd since 2019, where he is the Chairman of both the Finance Committee and the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.
Additionally, he represents EPF as a nominee Director at Dialog Berhad and previously at Iskandar Investment Berhad. Academically, he holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Ball State University in Indiana.
Datuk Dyg Sadiah has dedicated over 32 years to public service, with significant contributions in economic and development planning. She began her career in 1989 at the Ministry of Agriculture and later furthered her education, earning an MBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1998.
She held prominent roles in the Ministry of Finance, including Alternate Executive Director at The World Bank (South-East Asia Group), Washington D.C.
Datuk Dyg Sadiah concluded her illustrious career as Director-General of the Public-Private Partnership Unit (UKAS) in 2022, leaving behind a legacy of impactful initiatives.
Dr. Suraya Amir Husin is the Director of Putrajaya Hospital and a Board Member of Pusrawi Heritage, positions she has held since 2023. With over 26 years of experience in healthcare, she has excelled in hospital administration, infection control, and quality improvement.
She played a key role in Malaysia’s COVID-19 response, coordinating infection control programs and hospital safety protocols. Dr. Suraya has also led initiatives in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) prevention and national healthcare policies. In addition, she serves as a member of the Medical Doctor Healthcare Management Society and was previously the Vice President of MyICID. Her work reflects a commitment to advancing healthcare quality and efficiency in Malaysia.
