The main function of the Medical Records Department is to store and supply the patient’s medical records to the relevant Department and manage the patient’s medical report application as well as provide monthly statistics to the relevant parties and the Ministry of Health Malaysia

2.Keep patient medical records in a safe place

3.Manage medical report applications (Insurance / Legal / parcel etc.)
